Die Young- Ke$ha

I am addicted to this song. I really liked how it was a mix of party as well as singing, unlike many other party songs which are mainly chanting and too much techno, over powering the true music. The song is very catching like many other popular songs, but I believe Ke$ha has a lot of talent and this song exemplifies some of her strengths. Unlike Call Me Maybe, another very catchy song that helped exemplify Carly Rae Jepsen's talents, this song is geared to the older teenager+, while Call Me Maybe seemed to be a teeny bopper song. I hope you enjoy, and I'm sure you'll be hearing it more and more often on the radios! BTW the link attached is the lyric video, I'll be on the look out for the music video!

One More Night- Maroon 5

I love this song because of the catchy rhythm and catchy lyrics. I find that this is a really fun song that really doesn't have too much meaning behind it, but makes you want to just dance because the song is so upbeat and happy. Though it is repetitive, it's a sound that is common to Maroon 5 that separates them from any other band. I hope you enjoy, One More Night by Maroon 5!

Summer Paradise- Simple Plan ft. Sean Paul

Summer Paradise is an upbeat fun song that is great for the summer time. It has a catchy tune to it and it's just a feel good song. This is a love song, but it took a new approach. Rather than a simple and slow really heartfelt song, Simple Plan made a song that is perfect for the summer season with it's upbeat tune and it is bound to become a summer hit. Enjoy!

Bombs Away- B.o.B Ft. Morgan Freeman

This song is really cool and is very catchy. The beat is really aggressive and the song is a great pump up song. Morgan Freeman's voice adds a feeling of mystery and intimidation while B.o.B runs with it and makes it sound even cooler. The combination in this work is a great partnership and the song builds off of each part. Morgan Freeman's part sounds like it's just speaking, but in reality, it is a like he is reciting a ballad that is cleverly crafted to have a very dramatic affect.

Is Anybody Out There- K'NAAN ft. Nelly Furtado

This song is such a good song. K'NAAN raps and sings about such a deep problem. He doesn't criticize anyone or disses anyone, but can get a very powerful message across. Nelly Furtado is a perfect accompaniment to K'NAAN in this song. The song sounds really good and is completely clean of profane language which nearly no other rapper does. The song has so much meaning behind it, I hope he continues to have songs similar to this. K'NAAN is going to take off, and I hope that he doesn't start to go very mainstream with his music and keeps it as meaningful as this song. I hope you enjoy! I'll have lyrics soon!

Here's just a upbeat catchy song that is bound to be a top 40. It's a really fun song to listen too and is just another hit for Hot Chelle Rae! Enjoy!

Get on the bus early with this song and video! Here it is, ENJOY! I also found a great song about B.o.B trying to figure out his real style. He is trying to go back to his original raps. For a little while, B.o.B went very mainstream. This song talks about how he realized what was happening and how he is trying to change and get back to how he used to write his raps and rapping. This isn't the official music video, but I think this video is more fun than the original. The song is really upbeat and pretty catchy. The video features a ton of different famous stars, and actually has more views than the original! I hope you enjoy the song and video!

Fight For You- Jason Derulo

This is one of Jason Derulo's newer songs that are on his new album Future History. It's a remake of Toto's Africa which then was redid by Karl Wolf, Africa. This link is not the music video, but it's a lyric video, not one that just shows the lyrics to the song. The video is really well done. I think Jason has really modernized this piece and I think Jason does the best job. They are not exactly the same, but Fight For You's chorus is the same as both of the other Africas. All of the versions are very nice, take a look! I hope you enjoy!

Here is her newest music video for The One That Got Away! I really enjoy this song because it's a lot more of singing, instead of completely mainstream songs. It has a great melody and it shows her true talent very well. The music video was actually very relevant to the song this time, unlike some of her other ones, like California Gurls. Big Wheels- Down With Webster

Well here is Down with Webster's newest music video, Big Wheels. I thought it was much more mainstreamed then some other songs they have, but all in all it was a good song. Down with Webster may be a bigger band in Canada, but they are very similar to the bands here in the US. Hope you enjoy!

This isn't the music video yet, but I liked the up beat rhythm and I thought that the song was pretty nice. I wouldn't say this is his best piece, but it does sound pretty cool. This song, Sweeter by Gavin DeGraw, is very catchy, too! Even if you don't really like the song, the rhythm will still stick with you. Take a look, see what you think!

Love The Way You Lie- Skylar Grey

Here is another version of this very popular song, I love the Way You Lie. Skylar Grey was one of the original writers of this song, but her version was never released with Eminem. Skylar sings the same version as Rihanna has, I love The Way You Lie Part 2, except she does it with much gentler then Rihanna's version. There is also the version with Eminem's rap, I Love The Way You Lie by Skylar Grey ft. Eminem. I really liked Skylar's version the best. Hope you enjoy!

Remind Me- Brad Paisley duet with Carrie Underwood

I don't like country as much as any other genre, but I thought this was a really nice duet between Brad and Carrie. I think it was not has thick country as many other songs and had a great melody. This song gets stuck in your head very easily and is very good. I hope you enjoy this, even all the non-country fans. Fly- Nicki Minaj ft. Rihanna

I think this is a great song, Nicki doesn't have a really hard rap part but the song is an inspirational one. Rihanna and Nicki Mainaj make a great team with this song. I hope you enjoy it! Fly by Nicki Minaj ft. Rihanna.

It's the showdown of funny videos! I picked 2 that I thought were funny and set them up against one of the best in this category, Friday. Do you think these songs have what it takes to take out a song as bad as Friday?

Never Say Never- Nigahiga- This is a comedic video that Ryan Higa made, but at the end he shows us a parody of the song Never Say Never by Justin Bieber. His parody of Never Say Never starts at 3:35 in his video.

The second video and song that I have pitted against Friday is Shed A Tear- Kevjumba. This is a parody of Rocketeer by Far East Movement.

Finally, Like a Good Boy by Nigahiga as well. This is a great parody of Like A G6 by Far East Movement.

The Lazy Song- Bruno Mars

The new anthem for millions and millions of people? I think so. This is a great feel good song that will have you singing along with the very catchy tune. Bruno Mars continues to do a great job matching the expectations that so many have after he produced great songs like Just The Way You Are and Grenade. Can The Lazy Song beat the expectations and milestones Bruno Mars's other songs have set? I have a very strong feeling that it will be very soon that we see it smashing through those milestones and treading on new territory.

This song sounds a lot like many of their other songs, but they still make a catchy tone that will have the song stuck in your head after a few times listening to it.
