Friday- Rebecca Black

The YouTube video to the original Friday by Rebecca Black has been removed from YouTube. I am guessing they did that to stop many of the incredibly rude and hurtful things people had been posting. Fortunately (or unfortunately) the video isn't gone forever, here is the re-uploaded video of Friday that someone else has posted, with much less harmful comments and views.

Ok, so... After making the WORST song and music video Friday, Rebecca Black has come out with a much better song. I don't think this is good, I just think it's much better than her last song. I think that if we forget she ever made the song Friday, we might actually get some decent songs in our future from Rebecca Black. I'm not saying she will be a big hit, just not the same singer we saw in Friday. Just remember, she has over 10 million views in just 3 days. Could you do that? Even if they are there to just laugh, she is getting much more publicity than many of us. Listen to this new song, My Moment by Rebecca Black and tell me what you think.

Till the World Ends- Britney Spears

Here is Britney's brand new song! It was released 2 days ago and already has over 2 million views! Listen and tell me what you think. I like this song because it has that feeling of happiness, but it is also very repetitive. I also think that it is a lot like many of the other songs she has recently released. Lots of techno and fast beats are worked into her base pop style. The song sounds very familiar, but I can't put a name to the sound alike song. She has the same energy that she brings to all of her songs. I hope you enjoy the song!

If I Was You (OMG)- Far East Movement ft. Snoop Dogg

If I Was You (OMG) by Far East Movement ft. Snoop Dogg is their newest song that has been released. It is really short, but the song still sounds pretty awesome! The song follows their regular song patterns on how the lyrics are put together. The song speeds up at the end, but just stops abruptly. I found this song by Lloyd just by chance. I listened to it, and was amazed at how nice this song is. Cupid by Lloyd is a great song that is hard to criticize, even if you don't enjoy this type of genre. I particularly like the mixture of R&B, Pop, and the slight use of techno. I think it sounds great and I will get the music video up for you as soon as I can!

Hit the Lights- Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne

This song is not as meaningful as some of his other songs. Hit the Lights is one of the club songs, not one that you end up singing any day like Down was. This song is pretty catchy and will definitely become more popular with some time, but I still like Down better. This song has a lot of techno worked into it and Lil Wayne's rap was not very good at all. Tell me what you think, and watch for this song to hit the radio stations' top songs.

Just Can't Get Enough- Black Eyed Peas

Following their disappointing Super Bowl half time show, Black Eyed Peas come out with one more song. This song follows their current music trend, which is lots of techno. I know this song will hit the top of the charts pretty quickly, but I still would like to see them go back to songs like Where is the Love. Where is the Love was one of their songs that really had a lot of meaning behind them, not like the ones now where you can't really think, oh that was very meaningful. Their songs have become more and more plain and not as unique as they once were. Listen. Comment. Enjoy!
